ABOUT US

Petersen panel beaters is an automotive repair shop, which focuses on the restoration of vintage or classic cars. It was started and still is run by owner Jerome Petersen, an automotive enthusiast. Since the age of 13 he worked weekends and school holidays with his step dad and has been hooked ever since.

With almost 20 years experience in the trade, he branched out on his own in 2006, and just 2 years later he needed bigger premises as the few classics that went out were advertising on its own and the work just kept on coming in. Growing day by day, making a name for himself and his business and now has a client based throughout South Africa, England as well as New Zealand.

Work includes concours restoration, vehicle customisation - body work and paint. As an individual Jerome strives for excellence and perfection, he is very hands on and meticulous and no car will leave his shop without him personally doing an inspection to ensure 100% guaranteed satisafaction for his customers.

As of 2012 has diversify to include the repairs of accident and hail damaged vehicles as well as minor dents. This has been due to a request by customers. "You've done my classics what about my daily runner's?" those were the questions been asked. So he has filled that gap, and every single customer is thrilled that someone so meticulous can work on their daily cars.
